Avon: August 25, 2017 at age 91. He is survived by his daughter, Mamie (John) Penvose; son, Richard (Betty) Taromino; several generations of grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Frances E. (Montesano) Taromino.

He was a WWII Navy Veteran.

His Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Avon, 5605 E. Avon-Lima Rd., Avon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Joseph Gallipeau Post 294, PO Box 294, Avon, NY 14414. Arrangements by StephensonDougherty Funeral Home, Avon.
