Condolence From: Bob Mitchell
Condolence: Mr. Erdle was a young teacher when he taught me at Sacred Heart grammer school back in 1970. Everyone loved Mr. Erdle and he was an excellent teacher even then. Mr. Erdle was an inspirational force in my life at that time. He coached our schools softball team which traveled around to play other schools in the area. I am sure that he did it for little or no pay. He was just a wonderful person. I am so sorry to learn of your loss. I am in Sarasota, Florida until the end of the week, other wise I would come to pay my respects and to meet his family. This is sad news indeed. Bob Mitchell Sacred Heart Class of 1970

Condolence: The world has lost a wonderful man! Mr. Erdle taught me at Sacred Heart. He was also a friend of my brothers. Will never forget the day he announced to the 8th grade class that "he had changed my diaper". Well, it was true but still. He was an amazing teacher and we all loved him. Truly a sad day!
