He is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Vilai Bartholomew; daughters, Tiffany and Jenna Bartholomew; granddaughter, Quinn Bartholomew; mother, Shirley Bartholomew; sister, Tracy Mellenbacher; brother, Steven (Ellen) Bartholomew; nephew, Phillip Mellenbacher. Rick was predeceased by his father, Walter Bartholomew.
