Milburn, Bessie I.

Avon: February 14, 2016 at age 90. She is survived by nieces and nephews including, Donna (Morris) Mummery and Gary (Carla) Milburn. Bessie was born in Pennsylvania on November4, 1925. She was predeceased by her 7 older siblings and was the youngest child of Nora and Frank Milburn. Bessie and her parents helped many family and friends settle in the Rochester area. She was a retiree of Star Markets. She loved dogs and raised poodles. Bessie lived in the senior apartments in Avon for 10 years.

The family wants to thank the entire staff at Livingston County Nursing Facility and Livingston County Hospice for their excellent care.
Rest in Peace Bessie.

Wednesday (February 17, 2016) at 11 AM her Funeral Service will be held at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. Interment, Oak Ridge Cemetery.
