Avon: March 31, 2015 at age 79 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Norma (Furst) Gibson; children, Mark (Barbara) Gibson of WI., Todd (Jennifer) Gibson of TX., Jill (Murray) Wingate of Livonia, Megan (Farid) Najmolhoda of WA.; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Greta May, Norma (Robert) Evans, Lois (Richard) Pappa; brothers, Arthur Gibson, Howard (Robin) Gibson; several nieces and nephews.
His Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 11AM at the Avon United Methodist Church, 20 Genesee St., Avon. Private Interment Greenmont Cemetery, Dansville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ALS Association Upstate New York Chapter, 890 7th North St., Suite 108, Liverpool, NY 13088 or Livingston County Hospice, 11 Murray Hill, Mt.
